We've already switched to paper-based packaging and void fill for most of our products, but sometimes we still need to use recycled + sanitized bubblewrap for certain items that are fragile/susceptible to breakage. We encourage you to reuse both paper and plastic elements as much as possible, or donate it to a nearby recycler.
For our bottled products, we only use PET, a highly recyclable and durable plastic, which can be reused in its original form, or be donated to a recycler to give it a second life. Our products are all made from 100% organic input, so with just a quick wash of our bottles, you can safely reuse them. Here's a list of organizations that accept either paper or plastic waste donations, and are located all around the country:

SCIENTIFIC NAME Stephania erecta
FAMILY Menispermaceae ORIGIN Thailand Originally found in the limestone mountains of Thailand, the Stephania erecta thrives in warm, dry climates similar to those that suit cacti and succulents. They sprout cute circular leaves from a caudex: a woody stem that stores water and resembles a bulb (or even a potato!). It produces vertical-growing vines that are quite thin and delicate with peltate leaves. General Care Sunlight Direct morning sunlight is best (with north or east facing windows) but they can also thrive in bright indirect light. The less light they get, the leggier they become! Water Water only when the soil is dry. You will also notice that the bulb can start to look a little different/deflated but it perks back up once watered. Humidity Any humidity level will do. Temperature Average home temperature of 65°F-75°F. It’s best not to let it go below 60°F. Common Problems I find this is a very low-maintenance plant! Tips If the stem gets too leggy for your liking, you can always cut it about half an inch from the base where it sprouted and it’ll grow back quickly! |
